As a local manufacturer based in Poland, we have a full control over the production process and the stock of our products. In order to guarantee the uninterrupted deliveries, we take care to ensure that we have a local stock of electronic components and materials as well as the human resources necessary to carry out the order. Our USB flash drives are manufactured on one of the most modern SMT lines in Europe, guaranteeing quick turnarounds and repeatability of the production process. In this way, we can guarantee punctuality and short lead times.

To deliver the highest level of customer service, we expanded our offer with additional services:

• Laser engraving – a method of precise marking of logos on USB flash drive housings made of metal, aluminum, leather or wood. Laser engraved logos and graphics are durable and attractive. Thanks to the variable intensity of the laser beam, it is possible to achieve a shading effect of the print. Due to the precision and nature of the software, this method is recommended for marking the product with a logotype, serial numbers or lists of names.
• UV color printing – UV-cured CMYK print is a method allowing to apply logotype or graphics in full color and color palette. Unlike laser engraving, this method can be successfully used on virtually any housing material, including plastics.
• Uploading and securing data on removable storage – we know what obstacles our customers encounter when they process unusual orders including, for example, uploading data on several hundred advertising flash drives. The time-consuming nature of this operation can be nothing compared to the required security and antivirus protection of data. A specially designed and remote room with restricted and monitored entrance with separated infrastructure allow us to offer data upload service on any removable storage. Files can include presentations, multimedia files or trial and full versions of any software. As the memory expert we can secure the uploaded data through implementing the read-only function for selected files or partitions. In addition, on request, we can configure the USB flash drive as a CD-ROM or bootable USB, for operating systems purposes.
• Fully customized USB flash drives – a bottle or car-shaped housing? No problem! At the customer’s request, we can carry any unusual and interesting orders. Fully customized USB flash drives prepared in accordance with the provided design are made of rubber. The order is preceded by a consultation with our design team and the final order is proceeded once the customer approves provided samples.

• Visualizer System – our customers receive an access to the online system supporting visualization of a selected USB flash drive model with a logo printed using the selected marking method.
