The administrator of your personal data is Wilk Elektronik S.A. with its registered office in Łaziska Górne, ul. Mikołowska 42.

Your personal data is processed by Wilk Elektronik S.A. in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

II. Purposes and grounds for data processing

1. Contact form

If you are interested in our offer and wish to contact us via our contact form, your personal data will be processed:

  • in order to respond to the message you send us,
  • on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. Wilk Elektronik S.A.’s legitimate interest in responding to your contact and providing information to the enquiry sent, including, if applicable, sending commercial information.

2. Newsletter

If you join our newsletter and agree to receive commercial information from us regarding the products and services we offer, your personal data will be processed:

  • in order to send you the newsletter (information about products, events, promotions and offers),
  • on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the legitimate interest of Wilk Elektronik S.A., which is direct marketing.

III. Data retention period

1. Contact form

Your personal data will be processed until the legitimate interests which form the basis of the processing are fulfilled, or earlier until the data subject objects to the processing of his/her personal data.

2. Newsletter

Your personal data will be processed until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

The easiest way to remove your email address from our newsletter subscriber database (unsubscribing from the ‘Goodram Newsletter’ distribution list) is to click on the link attached to the footer of each message sent as part of our newsletter. This action will remove your address from the list of subscribers.

3. Cookies

In cases where cookie identifiers or information collected through cookies or other related technologies are of a personal nature, your personal data in this regard will be processed for the period of time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by you.

IV. Recipients of data

Your personal data may be transferred by us to:

  • entities whose services we use (e.g. IT solution providers),
  • institutions entitled to receive your personal data on the basis of the law.

In connection with the use of the Google Analytics tool, whose service provider is Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House Barrow Street Dublin 4, D04E5W5 Ireland), cookie identifiers or information collected through cookies or other related technologies may be transferred to a third country (i.e. a country outside the European Economic Area). The transfer will take place on the basis of Article 46(2)(c) of the RODO i.e. the standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission. You are entitled to obtain a copy of the safeguards for personal data transferred to a third country.

V. Obligation to provide data

If you wish to use the forms available on our website, the provision of the personal data indicated therein is necessary. The consequence of failing to do so will be that it will not be possible to send an enquiry/message, subscribe to a newsletter or use the website.

  • the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object,
